• Scanning records for electronic filing.
• Managing storage and retrieval of all on-site and off-site files.
• Maintaining records database, and conducting searches as required.
• Producing labels for physical files.
• Daily review of emails and requests, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Utilizing company-approved standards to close files.
