We need someone who can wow us with their skill at recruiting functions, as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Your responsibilities in this role

  • Putting to use digital recruiting resources
  • Reserving and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
  • Managing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
  • Coming up with and posting job opportunity advertisements
  • Directing interviews
  • Performing various administrative duties
  • Developing internal recommendations
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Expertise in Job Postings
  • Schedule Interviews experience
  • Deep understanding of Prescreening
  • e-Recruitment experience
  • Adeptness in Conduct Reference Checks
  • Resume Screening experience preferred
  • Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
  • You need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
  • This position's duties require a person who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
