Job Description

As a full time Wine Merchant/Key Holder you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer service experience. Engaging the customer from the moment they enter the store to their lasting impressions.

Your role:

• Assist in product selection and provide information on food pairings
• Opening and closing of the store
• Point of Sale (POS) as required including sales reconciliation
• Merchandising
• Execute all marketing and operational programs
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Steel toe shoes required.

Must Bring:

• Keyholder retail experience, minimum 2 years
• Previous wine, beer and spirit knowledge will be considered an asset
• Smart Serve Certification or willing to obtain
• Strong communication skills
• Positive and outgoing attitude
• Ability to sell and cross sell products
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
