Who You Are

We are looking for Retail Autoplan Agents to work in our retail locations in Burnaby, BC. As a Retail CSR, you have excellent communication skills, thrive in a busy and diverse work environment and strive to help your clients. You can capably and accurately present facts, choices, and useful advice, verbally and in writing, so that new and existing customers can make a confident and informed decision regarding their insurance needs.

¨ Hold at minimum, a Level 1 Insurance Broker licence in British Columbia.

¨ At least 1 years experience in selling Autoplan

¨ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel; Outlook), Policy Center

¨ Affinity for helping others; enjoy being part of a team; are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

¨ Excited about contributing each day to the growth of Park Insurance, and your personal development

¨ Must be willing to work 1-2 evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every 3 weeks

What You’ll Do

Autoplan

¨ Assist walk in and telephone clients for Auto Plan and Private Auto carriers

¨ Responsible for Autoplan renewals, new business, premium collection, cancellations and endorsements

¨ Assistance in ICBC batching and any other duties the Branch Manager sees fit

¨ Actively listen to colleagues’ suggestions; contribute to team meetings

¨ Update your personal lines insurance knowledge through continuing education
