Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000-$45,000 + Commission + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Provide a remarkable customer service experience for customers
• Responding to customer inquiries around coverages, policy reviews, claims and billing
• Support & contribute to Agency's multi-line goals and growth

Requirements:

• Must be willing to obtain a General Level 1 License and LLQP License
• Experience in customer service is strongly preferred
• Fluent in a second language would be an asset
