We're currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team!


In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities to drive growth for the company. You will work closely with our sales team to qualify leads, schedule demonstrations, and close deals.

Where will you work?


RamSoft is headquartered in downtown Toronto. This is role may be performed fully on-site, or hybrid.



What will you do?


  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead generation and follow-up activities
  • Use Salesforce to document and report on prospecting progress
  • Qualify leads and schedule demonstrations with potential clients
  • Work closely with other members of the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
  • Attend trade shows and events to generate new leads and build relationships (up to 10% travel)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and strategies

  • Other related duties as assigned


What will you bring to RamSoft?


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of SaaS industry and technology
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive sales
  • Availability for ~10% travel, to the US and internationally


You will REALLY stand out if you have the following


  • Previous experience or exposure in working with Healthcare SaaS including RIS/PACS
  • Experience with large healthcare systems, hospitals, Healthcare-related universities
  • Experience in public cloud environments (Azure preferred)
