Obsidian Inc. is looking for a result-driven Sales Agent to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

What will you do as the Sales Associate?

  • Acquiring new customers with leads provided by our client Telus.
  • Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about your products, and recommend the right solutions through face to face sales.
  • Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the client's sales goals.

What you Bring to the Team:

  • 1-2 years of Sales-Support/Hospitality/Customer Service experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

Salary: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week
