We are recruiting for a full-time Sales Associate at a luxury fashion brand in Yorkdale, who can provide clientele with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, as well as serving as a representative to the company by promoting the philosophy and values of all brands.
KEY SKILLS & JOB DUTIES:
- Identify and assess clients needs to achieve satisfaction,
- Engage, develop and maintain key relationships with the core luxury consumer,
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication,
- Use product knowledge in different categories to maximize and drive sales,
- Professional demeanor,
- Job is Full-time, 40 hours per week,
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 Years of Luxury Sales/Stock Associate Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for working in a team to exceed sales targets and customers' expectations
- Ability to work effectively in a busy and high-profile environment;
- An inspiring individual who exemplifies clear communication skills and takes pride in delivering exemplary customer service;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
