Under the direction of the Health Services Manager, this position provides administrative support to the Portfolio leadership team. The administrative support provided includes Human Resources functions which include creating job requisitions,, coordinating the job competition process such as organizing skills testing and scheduling, setting up, and preparing for job interviews. This position provides support to schedule meetings, take minutes, make inquiries and gather information on behalf of the managers and staff. Other important duties include payment of invoices, petty cash transactions, purchasing of materials, maintaining records of staff licensure, and coordinating with IT, Engineering, and outside contractors. In addition, the administrative assistant will respond to requests and inquiries and assist with manager, colleagues, and stakeholders on an as-needed basis, including coverage with other administrative staff in the portfolio.

$20.36 - $23.14 Hourly
