As a security guard in the Sky Walk , you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there!

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?

• Maintain a safe and Secure environment
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Helps deal with issues at the sky walk
• Safe Walks on the Sky walk
• Must be able to work days
• Ability to de escalate issues by detecting vagrants with Mental Illness or drug use.
• Escalates issues to the correct people.

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Gardaworld ?

• Previous experience as Tactical Security Guard (asset)
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
• Must be able to work days
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to de escalate issues related to Vagrants with Mental illness and Drug use
