Job Description
Neighbourly Pharmacy is welcoming applications for a positive and enthusiastic part-time Merchandiser/Security Guard to add to the Pharmasave team in Sechelt, BC.
We are looking for someone who can work the below shifts to assist in loss prevention and merchandising.
Tuesdays: 3pm – 6pm
Wednesdays: 3pm – 6pm
Thursdays: 3pm – 6pm
Fridays: 3pm – 6pm
Saturdays: 2pm – 5pm
Responsibilities
- Spot or prevent thefts
- Report any criminal acts to local law enforcement
- Receiving and putting away orders
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Communicate clearly and openly with customers
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Restock shelves with products
- Maintain product displays
- Keep track of pharmacy stocks by ordering, receiving, and switching out supplies and stock.
- Manage customer prescription pick-up and assist with prescription preparation and compounding of prescriptions.
Qualifications
- Merchandising experience is an asset
- Retail experience is an asset
- Need to be confident and strong in conflict resolution.
- Ensure tasks are completed in an efficient manner.
- Exercise good judgment and make decisions that benefit the customer and the property.
- Become part of the team and make yourself a key part of the customer’s success.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience with handling emergency situations while remaining calm.
