What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg Do ?

• Maintain a safe and Secure environment
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
• Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
• Monitor Close Circuit Cameras
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Coordinate response to the incidents.
• Respond to telephone calls received by the Security Department.
• Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
• Provide Excellent customer service.

Qualification to become Security Guard in Winnipeg

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
• Customer service oriented
• Must be able to work Nights.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
