What will you do?
- Participate in monthly close activities including account reconciliations, G/L analysis and accruals/journal entries liaising with accounting teams ensuring P&L and Balance Sheet accuracy in accordance with IFRS
- Lead Workforce planning, budgeting, Annual labor rate campaigns & headcount tracking

- Support in operations variance analysis, identifying the key root cause drivers for productivity variances and while working with the Ops leadership to drive issue resolution and improve efficiencies
- Work closely with various managers to drive monthly cost controlling activities, identify cost savings opportunities, through various cost analysis techniques and KPI tracking and Analysis
- Build topline & margin forecasts & track progress through weekly best estimates in partnership with the business leaders
- Prepare & Present Monthly/Quarterly Management/ Operational Reporting providing P&L insights and analysis into drivers of change while providing recommendations to drive growth & profitability in liaison with central controlling team
- Manage Capex & Opex budgets
- Assist in leading Annual key internal controls campaign & facilitate internal and external audits.
- Identify opportunities & drive initiatives to digitize, standardize & simplify processes.
- Support special projects and ad hoc reporting needs
Qualifications:
Why it's for you ;
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree. CPA is an Asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance, Accounting role or related field
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial management & internal controls
- Effectively communicates with, influences, and engages all levels of the organization, with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams
- Ability to prioritize, multitask & manage expectations while meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and Tableau
- Ability to understand & work with legacy ERPs. SAP, Oracle knowledge is an Asset.
