This Senior IT Ops Analyst role reports to the IT Ops Manager of Enterprise Monitoring Enablement team which is under Infrastructure Technology solution (ITS) segment and is responsible to provide monitoring services to all different Line of businesses in TD Bank.

About This Role

This Senior IT Ops Analyst role reports to the IT Ops Manager of Enterprise Monitoring Enablement team which is under Infrastructure Technology solution (ITS) segment and is responsible to provide monitoring services to all different Line of businesses in TD Bank.

Job requirements:

• Experience with hands-on support, platform design, configuration, growth & capacity planning of a multi-site Splunk Enterprise environment according to Splunk best practices
• Proven ability to design, develop, deploy and document Splunk applications and solutions to meet client requirements and provide guidance & recommendations on, and execution of, operational stability, reliability & performance tasks according to Splunk best practices
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, quickly identify impact & cause and to mitigate / resolve incidents
• Extensive experience with managing Splunk Enterprise at the CLI level
• Experience with various public cloud environments and integrating Splunk with same and with other tools & systems
• Experience with development aspects such as REST APIs and ability to develop automation for environment management tasks
• Hands-on experience with various data sharing / transmission / storage formats
• Provide 24 x 7 on-call rotation shifts
• Experience in, and comfortable in working in an Agile delivery methodology

Work schedule& hybrid office model:
Regular work schedule, Mon-Friday (9AM-5PM) with on-call team rotation weekly, to be on stand-by beyond regular hours (to include weekends) pending a production schedule issue, or incident.
Hybrid model, you will be required to be in the office 2 days per week regularly, may be asked to attend additionally for meetings or events, that are critical for this role.

Experience & Education:

• Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
• 5-7 years relevant experience
