Hunter & Co. will offer a unique-and-refined dining experience in the heart of downtown London, Ontario. With small plates of delectable fare focusing on nose-to-tail dining, freshly shucked oysters, and hand-crafted cocktails, we want to offer experiences that will be talked about for weeks.

The Job:
- Provide personable and efficient service to ensure guest needs are met at all times.
- Be confident in guiding guests in making the best decisions on what to order, and be knowledgeable of all current menu selections & specials.
- Seamlessly work with other current staff to balance all responsibilities on a daily basis.
- Deal with guest complaints in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.
- Take a proactive role in encouraging teamwork, cooperation, productivity and a positive attitude within the working environment.
- At the end of all shifts, complete cash-outs accurately, and submit for approval.
- Attend any training or meetings as and when required by Hunter & Co.'s FOH Manager, or the Other Bird Operations Team.
- Other tasks as assigned by Hunter & Co.'s FOH Manager.
Ideally, You Have Experience / Education:
- 2+ years of serving experience in a restaurant environment is required.
- SmartServe certification is required.
- Previous experience with Silverware POS is an asset.
