Open to any candidates residing anywhere in Ontario! Work From Home - both English speaking and Bilingual (English, French) agents needed! Minimum of 2 years Consultative Sales experience in a call center setting is preferred, but we will work with the right candidates.

The role of the Patient Sales and Service Advisor is to convey the benefits of patient involvement in their own care and to assist them in getting a copy of their own medical records for continuity of proper health care.

You need to understand and believe in patient involvement in their own care. You’re a good communicator (listening and speaking), you have a talent for persuasion (there’s an element of “selling” involved), and you know how to help others help themselves.

Other skills required:

· Excellent verbal communication

· Good keyboarding

· Attention to detail

· Good organization and planning

With wage and bonus, our average performing Agent will earn $40K+ per year. Our top performer will see $45K+. We also offer health benefits..

While preference will be given to those with prior experience in a healthcare or call center sales setting, we are open to those who “have the right stuff”.
