The role of the Patient Sales and Service Advisor is to convey the benefits of patient involvement in their own care and to assist them in getting a copy of their own medical records for continuity of proper health care.
You need to understand and believe in patient involvement in their own care. You’re a good communicator (listening and speaking), you have a talent for persuasion (there’s an element of “selling” involved), and you know how to help others help themselves.

· Good organization and planning
With wage and bonus, our average performing Agent will earn $40K+ per year. Our top performer will see $45K+. We also offer health benefits..
