About Us:

We are a rapidly expanding Canadian company specializing in the distribution of automotive lifts, tire equipment, and automotive service equipment. Babco Sales is the exclusive agent for BendPak/Ranger, Peak equipment in Canada. Our head office is located in Surrey BC, and we have a branch location in Mississauga ON, with remote service locations in Edmonton AB and Winnipeg MB.

Position:

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Development Agent to join our team in Mississauga, ON. You must have experience with high volume outbound calling. Daily, your role will include the following:

• Outbound calling to existing and new potential clients to obtain equipment service and inspection opportunities
• Engage customers and develop opportunities to gain service and inspection business
• Maintain the company database with up-to-date client contact info
• Other supportive tasks as required by the Customer Support Manager

The Ideal Candidate

You have previously worked in a similar role, where you have earned a reputation for your strong work ethic, organization, and commitment to excellence. You have a knack for deepening the relationship with existing customers. You will ensure tasks are completed and are skillful in delivering a high level of customer support. You take pride in understanding your customers’ needs, providing them with a solution, and earning their repeat business. You meet or exceed the following requirements:

• You have a proven history of securing new business and can prove it!
• You are a strong communicator with exceptional customer service
• You possess basic mathematics, computer competency
• You have a high sense of urgency and are committed to continuous improvement

• You are proficient in English (both written and oral). French language skills are an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 per year plus unlimited commission

Experience:

• phone business development: 1 year (preferred)
