SKILLED TRADESPERSON

Summary: The Structures division of Secure-Rite Mobile Storage is located in beautiful Kelowna. The opportunity includes the flexibility to work 4 10 hour days - providing a long weekend every weekend! If you are not a long-weekend type, or have a free Friday, we are offering overtime on Fridays - to meet the deadlines of our abundant schedule. We are looking for a team player with construction skills - if you have welding skills, we need you. If you have other construction skills like carpentry, painting, spray foaming, electrical, plumbing, etc., we need you too! Do your friends and family call you a "Jack or Jill of all Trades"? If so, we are looking for people like you to join our team!

Responsible For: Accomplishment of building tasks

Responsible To: Shop Foreman

Key Performance Indicator(s):

• Checklist quality
• Checklist efficiency

Duties:

• Reading design drawings
• Carrying out all hands on work
• Welding
• Sealing, priming, painting
• Carpentry, framing
• Spray foam application (Training & certification provided)
• Assembly (installations of doors, hardware, windows, features, etc.)
• Cleaning units prior to shipment
• Forklift operation (Training & certification provided)

Tools:

• All hand tools, drills, saws, etc.
• Sprayfoam machine, forklift, pickup truck, etc.
