Job Description

We are currently hiring an experienced Medical Spa Manager. The suitable candidates should be passionate about the beauty industry with at least 2 years of related working experience and/or marketing/sale skills. The Medical Spa Manager will provide consultation, oversee daily operations, develop and implement policies/protocols/procedures, manage inventory, develop budgets/targets, create marketing ads and promotional campaigns, provide excellent customer service, etc.

Requirements:

  • Marketing or medical/health related university/college degree preferred
  • Mandarin speaking preferred
  • Must be familiar with popular medical grade skincare products and cosmetic procedures
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience as Manager or Consultant in a medical spa environment
  • Must have leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills (in English) and the ability to drive a positive and proactive team culture

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation to customers on all possible cosmetic procedures and medical grade skincare products offered at our medical spa
  • Ensure service quality and satisfaction from clients (and staff)
  • Develop and implement policies/protocols/procedures
  • Maintain or assist on website content
  • Manage daily operations of the medical spa including placing and tracking orders for medical spa supplies and equipment
  • Supervise all medical spa operations including open and close procedures, inventory management, and bank deposits
  • Maintain established procedures to ensure all treatment rooms, restrooms, stock room and reception areas are clean and organized
  • Complete quarterly monthly performance reviews and human resource needs assessments
  • Analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and deficiencies; take action to positively impact revenues and profit
  • Develop or implement marketing strategies and client retention initiatives
  • Oversee patient leads. Ensure all client leads are promptly contacted and proper follow-up is completed and recorded and scheduled
  • Build client confidence, committed to increasing client satisfaction, sets achievable client expectations, assumes responsibility for solving client problems and ensures commitments to clients are met
  • Model the brand, values, and lifestyle and maintain a professional image at all times; set high standards for self based upon competency model; build an effective network within the company and the local market
  • Ensure medical staff are adhering to treatment standards and are fully executing the department’s programs and procedures. Enhance current and create new standards as per healthcare regulations
  • Put the client first, model service and care standards at all times

Salary: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
