C&C PetroGas Engineering is a fast-growing Engineering Consulting Company with an office in downtown Calgary. We specialize in vibration and stress analysis of reciprocating compressor /pump packages, mechanical equipment, piping /pipeline, and structures, providing expertise to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking highly motivated candidates to join our team working on vibration and stress analysis in this field.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform vibration and stress analysis of reciprocating compressor /pump packages, mechanical equipment, piping/pipeline, and structures
  • Provide recommendations for design improvements of the system being analyzed
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals
  • Provide technical support to clients as needed
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Master's or Ph.D. Degree, in Mechanical (or Civil) Engineering
  • Knowledge of vibration and stress analysis of compressor/pump packages, mechanical equipment, piping/pipeline, and structures
  • Experience with FEA software, such as ANSYS, AutoPipe, Caesar II, etc. would be an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, and a good team player

Salary:

The salary for this position will be depending on the candidate's qualifications.
