We have a rare opening for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join an amazing team with our valued and trusted agency. Reporting to the Vice President of Hunt Personnel Temporarily yours, this position is responsible for leading the day-to-day recruitment function of the direct hire business unit.

What You’ll Do
- Management of full-cycle recruitment for all direct hire requisitions from candidate screening and evaluation to background checks and finalizing employment offers
- Conduct client meetings to determine recruitment strategy and make recommendations on candidate selection
- Proactively source and pipeline candidates through a variety of social networks, job boards, databases, and recruitment events
- Conduct candidate pre-screen interviews and make recommendations
- Provide regular communication and updates to clients on the status of recruits
- Present employment offers and negotiate terms of employment
- Identify the training and development needs of the recruitment team, provide ongoing mentorship and support
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Recruiting experience in an agency environment is an asset.
- People-centered and passionate about relationship building and management
- Impressive problem-solving abilities and proven negotiation skills (i.e., you know how to get to the finish line!)
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a changing environment
- Highly motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work with people who have a diverse range of skills, styles, and approaches
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills including experience with an ATS (Bullhorn is an asset)

As the lead on all direct hiring, you’ll be working with and supported by a team of experienced Recruiters and Business Development Reps. The compensation package includes a generous base salary, as well as an aggressive commission structure (OTE in the $85-120K range), 4 weeks paid vacation to start, extended health and benefits, and a great work-life balance.
