MaintainX is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Reporting to the Director of Talent and Employer Branding, your primary focus will be building pipelines, and managing all stages of our recruitment process. The ideal candidate would have proven experience sourcing candidates, partnering with the Hiring Manager and advise them on hiring best practices, compensation and talent planning. This role will also partner with local universities, be in charge of spreading the word and educating students about our company and current career opportunities and find the best talent for our teams.

Responsibilities:

    • Source and build pipelines of potential candidates for all roles (corporate and engineering)
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against well-defined criteria.
    • Investigate new ways to improve sourcing of qualified candidates
    • Ensure data accuracy in Lever (ATS) and record key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
    • Post openings on appropriate websites and use creativity to develop other channels and tactics to fill your roles.
    • Work collaboratively and provide ad-hoc support to HR and Talent team members.
    • Manage parts of the recruitment process: build pipelines, review and post job ads, source and screen applicants, set up/coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers, submit background checks, and other Talent administrative duties.
    • Attend in-person/virtual job fairs while educating students on MaintainX and our roles.
    • Ensure a delightful candidate experience by providing timely follow-ups and detailed feedback to candidates.
    • Collaborate on employer brand initiatives and other projects, and execute strategies to increase company awareness.

Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of relevant experience, either as an in-house or agency recruiter, ideally for a tech
    • You are known for delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
    • You are persistent, collaborative and will go the extra mile to be successful.
    • Experience with different ATS and other recruitment platforms (Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
    • You perform well in a fast-paced environment.
    • Have a passion for networking
    • Effective communicator who enjoys networking with others
    • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
    • Creative thinker with a strong sense of storytelling
