Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and complete full cycle recruitment organization wide,
Identify and engage passive talent,
Research new/ trending recruitment and sourcing strategies/methods,
Maintain an internal resume database,
Research and identify relevant industry networking events to attend,
Complete HR Analysis regarding performance, retention, and budget,
Create and organize filing and tracking for the HR Department,
Create and update company branding to aid with recruitment,
Maintain and actively seek opportunities to improve the current positive workplace culture,
Manage and conduct the employee on-boarding process,
Assist with improving the current training program and maintaining it,
Complete staff terminations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 1 - 3 years’ work experience in recruiting required; prior recruitment experience in the Engineering industry is an asset,
Previous experience with engaging passive talent,
College or University degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, or a related field,
Familiarity with Boolean search strings is an asset,
Strong communication skills are required,
Strong relationship management skills are required,
Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills,
Attention to detail in all areas of work,
Strong work ethic,
Self-starter.

This position is full time and located in Scarborough, ON. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.
