SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
- Travel Administrator

Mammoet is looking for an eager to learn Travel Administrator to join our HR team. Your positive outlook, keen attention to detail and customer service driven approach will make you a key member of our department. You will be responsible for reconciling travel accounts and keeping up-to-date records and files for all travelling Mammoet employees. You will work side by side with our Travel Manager to provide Mammoet employees comprehensive travel services and provide back-up travel booking coverage when required. We are providing work in a fast-paced environment as a part of an administration team that is crucial to the organization’s success and growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Conduct all business in a timely, professional, and respectful manner
- Collecting, compiling, and reconciling hotels, flights, and car rentals invoices in a timely manner
- Maintaining good relations with all travel vendors (hotel, airlines, travel agencies)
- Reconciliation of credit card statements for travel use, creating POs in SAP
- Highly organized with high attention to detail
- Understand, support, communicate and enforce all Mammoet Travel policies and procedures
- Travel arrangements for employees, when required
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Education
- Completed High School diploma
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 year office experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills specifically with MS Office
- SAP experience is considered an asset
- Bookkeeping experience considered an asset.
- Having a travel consultant background would be an asset
