Job Description
Continental Cartage Inc is a division of Landtran Systems Inc. We are currently seeking a Yard Labour to join our team in Acheson, AB. The average work week will be Monday to Friday. After 90 days there is a boot allowance.
Position Details:
- General Labour in our Yard
- Various levels of manual labour in our transport yard
- At times exterior cleaning for the transport trucks
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Previous Yard Experience minimum 2 years
- Intermediate running Forklifts, Skid Steer, Loaders and hand tools
- Valid Class 5 drivers license
- Physically fit
- Ability to bend, lift and crouch
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Mechanically inclined
- Engage and build relationships within the team
- Self motivated and can think outside the box
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously
