The Real Estate Financing Division is looking for an administrative assistant to join their team. Do you have good interpersonal skills, a facility with technological tools and an excellent sense of initiative? You like to get involved in projects, bring your ideas and have a good sense of marketing? This opportunity is for you!

As an Administrative Assistant, you will contribute to the realization of various administrative activities in your sector.

Your role is to assist a Senior Manager and provide administrative and secretarial support to the management of her unit. When necessary, you will provide administrative support to other resources in your unit. You actively collaborate in the coordination, planning and prioritization of your unit's management activities.

You work in a context where the interrelationships and business issues are complex and you must interact with a large number of stakeholders. The nature of the responsibilities requires you to take initiative and to be proactive and autonomous in making decisions and carrying out activities to effectively meet the manager's administrative needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and adapt your approach when the situation requires it becomes essential.

Qualifications
  • Trade school diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
