CT Bakery is an international provider of thaw and serve artisan donuts that deliver a bakery-fresh experience. Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario Canada. CT Bakery donuts can currently be found in leading grocery stores, connivence stores, and institutions across North America, South America and Asia. We also sell into every major channel in the food distribution system and offer our consumers a variety of indulgent donuts. We do this by building a team that is passionate about making donuts and driven by a sense of pride and dedication.

Objective of the Position

The overall objective of the position is to achieve/exceed the company’s revenue metrics defined as gross sales while ensuring these are in line with corporate margin expectations .Additionally this role requires acquisition of new customers within the context North America and Canada .The role also requires that corporate customer satisfaction goals are met by creating , managing and implementing sales strategy and operations.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

· Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.

· Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies and trade shows.
  • Relative to time management , 50% of time should be actively prospecting , 25% increasing existing direct customer current base sales , as well as indirect/broker managed accounts with the remaining 25% of the time spent on account management/administrative requirements.
  • Effectively manage/ lead third party brokers ensuring they are representing the core corporate values and are in alignment with fiscal sales objectives.
  • Manage daily requirements of CT direct customers.
  • Prepares and presents daily , monthly and Quarterly Business reviews.
  • Ensure third party brokers are providing insightful monthly reports which outlines activity and potential new business opportunities in a timely fashion.
  • Provides supporting information to fully evaluate requested costing , such as current vendor , retails, retail GM expectations , potential volume and any special requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the corporate objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Successful previous minimum experience of 5 years as a Sales Manager , consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or business administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate , present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organization.
  • Excellent Organizational skills and IT fluency.
  • Familiar with US and Canada business market .
  • Ability to travel regularly.
  • Valid Passport .
  • Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to open doors across clients at all levels.
  • Business development driven, passion for creating loyal relationships with customers through outstanding service levels and support
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic with strong listening and interpersonal skills, motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing in both Web & App environments, with experience selling or managing related technologies and technology providers, including site tagging, ad serving, attribution and CRM Strong network .

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
