Outbound Call Center Customer Service and Sales

Located in the Markham Rd. and Hwy 401 neighborhood on Milner Avenue, the Telesales Representative shall make telephone calls on behalf of our well known clients. The position performs according to established quality assurance standards and within guidelines set forth by the company and the client. The Telesales Representative is expected to meet and/or exceed established sales targets. Full onsite training is provided and paid for.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Call center SALES experience (Preferred)
  • Working with sales targets
  • Outbound call center experience (Preferred)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

*Must be available to work from office*

  • Handle outbound telephone calls
  • Achieve and maintain/surpass sales target set out by client
  • Contact new and existing customers to promote products and services directly from our client’s database
  • Handle continuous telephone calls, accurately input, retrieve and access information regarding a customer case from a computer system
  • Resolve customer concerns immediately and effectively while displaying professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  • Assumes other duties as assigned by Team Leader.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week and rotating Saturdays in a FULL TIME role.
  • Ability to work shift times between 10:00am – 11:00pm Monday- Friday and between 10:00am – 6:00pm rotating Saturdays (Mandatory)
  • Full Time Position only
  • Report suspected security incidents to their immediate supervisor or the compliance/security manager with the understanding that all reports shall be kept confidential.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE:

Monday to Saturday between the hours of 10:00AM to 11:00PM.
